We identify each car seat or stroller, locate the correct manufacturer instructions, and use only non-toxic products and cleaning methods those instructions allow. If the manufacturer does not permit it, we do not do it.
Every base cleaning includes porch pickup, manufacturer-guided care with permitted non-toxic products, and return to your porch.

Will you remove or reinstall my car seat?
No. You remove the seat before pickup, and we return it to the porch uninstalled. Removal and installation remain your responsibility.
What cleaning methods do you use?
There is no universal method. We locate the exact instructions for your seat’s manufacturer and model, then use only non-toxic products and cleaning methods those instructions permit.
Do I need to provide the car-seat manual?
No. We locate the official manufacturer instructions using the seat’s make and model information. If its identifying labels are missing or unreadable, we’ll contact you before proceeding.
How does payment work?
Pricing, accepted payment methods, and payment timing will be clearly confirmed before booking opens.
What should I do before pickup?
Remove the seat from your vehicle, keep its manufacturer-provided parts with it, and place it on the porch at the agreed time. Be ready to share its make, model, known crash history, stains, damage, or missing pieces. Please do not disassemble it beyond vehicle removal unless we ask you to.
