Questions before pickup?
The practical details for porch pickup, cleaning, and return.
How long will cleaning take?
Typical porch return is during the 7–8 AM window the morning after pickup. Drying time varies by item and manufacturer instructions, so an item may still be damp when returned. It may need up to 24 hours, or the time stated in its instructions, to air-dry completely.
Where do you pick up?
We offer porch pickup across Northwest DFW. Confirm your address when booking.
Will you remove or reinstall my car seat?
You’ll remove the car seat before pickup and install it yourself after return. We’ll take care of everything between those two steps.
What cleaning methods do you use?
We find the official manufacturer instructions for your exact seat and follow the cleaning methods they allow, using only non-toxic products.
Do I need to provide the car-seat manual?
No. We locate the official manufacturer instructions using the seat’s make and model information. If its identifying labels are missing or unreadable, we’ll contact you before proceeding.
How does payment work?
Your selected cleaning service and tax are paid securely through Square when you book. Square provides an itemized receipt.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Cancel at least 12 hours before pickup for a full refund. Within 12 hours, you can reschedule once at no charge. If you cancel instead, or if the item is not on the porch when we arrive, a fee equal to 50% of the service price applies. We refund the remaining 50%. If Buckle Fairy cancels, you’ll receive a full refund. Contact us if you cannot make the change in Square.
What should I do before pickup?
Place the item and its original parts on your porch at the pickup time. Remove car seats from the vehicle first, and do not take anything apart unless we ask you to.

Book a cleaning
Choose your cleaning service and pickup date through Square Appointments. Evening pickup is between 7 and 8 PM; the time shown reserves a route spot, not an exact arrival. Your base service and applicable sales tax are paid securely when you book.
